Staff Testimonials

I started my journey with TPCwellness 3 years ago as a Clinical Manager for our Wilmington location.  Over the past 3 years, I have had the opportunity to advance my career to now being the Regional Clinical Director.  Being at TPCwellness has given me a career path and the tools I needed to achieve my goals.  TPCwellness has encouraged me every step of the way and I’m grateful to be a part of this team!

Raejean Noble LPCC-S, LICDC

Regional Clinical Director

When I first started my journey at TPCwellness, all I brought with me was my own lived experience and a desire to help people overcome their addictions. TPCwellness has helped me grow professionally through quality training and supervision. They encouraged me to walk through my fear and self-doubt and to begin pursuing a formal education. I recently graduated college and I know I could not have achieved this without the support from TPCwellness. This organization has become like a second family to me, and I am forever grateful for the opportunities they have given me to pursue my dreams while making a difference in my community.”

Molli

Clinical Lead, Counselor II- CDCA, QMHS

Working at TPCwellness over the last 3 years has been an incredible journey of growth, self-discovery, and purpose. When I first started as a case manager, I hit the ground running, and it became clear to me almost immediately that I had found my true calling and passion. Transitioning into the role of a Substance Abuse Counselor was a natural progression for me, and I thrived in helping individuals on their path to recovery.

After about a year in that role, I was offered the opportunity to step into the position of Administrative Clinical Manager. This promotion not only validated my hard work but also inspired me to take a big leap and further my education. Despite my initial doubts, with the support and encouragement from my family at TPCwellness, I decided to go back to school. At 42 years old, receiving my GED in 2013, I embarked on this new chapter with determination and resilience.

Throughout this journey, the supervision and unwavering support from my peers and managers have been invaluable. Their belief in me, even when I struggled to believe in myself, has been a constant source of strength. My lived experiences in this field, coupled with the education I pursued, have equipped me to offer hope to those who may feel lost or trapped in their current situation. I understand their struggles because I have walked in their shoes, and that empathy is what enables me to make a meaningful impact.

Through it all, I hold onto the belief that I am exactly where I need to be, guided by a higher power. I remain committed to my work, grounded in the conviction that by believing in the possibility of change and recovery, I can truly make a difference in the lives of others.
